Requirements and Skills:

🟤 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;

🟤 Proven experience (1+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing;

🟤 Proficiency in available digital marketing platforms (Linkedin, Twitter, Meta, Google);

🟤 Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and concepts;

🟤 Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools to improve organic search rankings;

🟤 Experience in managing social media accounts and leveraging platforms for brand growth;

🟤 Ability to create and optimize engaging content for various digital channels;

🟤 Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret campaign performance data;

🟤 Familiarity with email marketing strategies and tools;

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager/ Sales Manager to join our team. As a BDM, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals. Additionally, you will work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure seamless collaboration.

Responsibilities:

🟤 Conduct market research to identify customer needs;

🟤 Establish rapport with potential clients through effective communication;

🟤 Pitch company services and its UVP to prospects;

🟤 Maintain an updated CRM system;

🟤 Create quotes and proposals that address client objectives;

Job Description

You will be part of a great small team looking to create new experiences for our audience beyond the casual market and this is where you come in. Although our studio is situated in Barcelona or Remote within a reasonable time zone, we embrace a remote options culture, working collaboratively while providing autonomy and flexibility to allow you to manage your success on the team.

Responsibilities

— Define a clear, cohesive design pipeline for a Live Game

— Pitch and implement big features to the team, deconstructing them into smaller components

— Own game balancing, pace, feel

— Always back up your ideas with available data points

— Ability to deconstruct and analyze mobile games mechanics

— Get involved in all aspects of game development: UI, UX, game design, logic, performance, etc. 

— Help fine-tune game balancing, pacing, and feel

— Benchmark the market to stay on top of new trends

— Understanding of models and tools to analyze gameplay and user behavior

— Proficiency in Unity a huge plus

— Familiarity with Figma or similar visual collaboration software

— Able to create a playable prototype individually as well as within a team

Required skill set

— At least 3 years of professional experience as a game designer on a Live Game

— Experience working on mobile games and f2p
