We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing effective online marketing strategies to promote services and the brand. He/She utilizes various digital channels to reach and engage with target audiences, increasing brand visibility, driving website traffic, and generating leads.

Responsibilities:

🟤 Development and implementation of digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives;

🟤 Conducting market research to identify target audiences and competitors actions;

🟤 Creating engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing;

🟤 Optimizing content and websites for search engines (SEO); 

🟤 Support management of social media accounts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics; 

🟤 Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on various platforms; 

🟤 Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships;

🟤 Utilize analytics tools to track website performance, campaign effectiveness, and user behavior; 

🟤 Optimize websites and landing pages for improved user experience and conversions (CRO);

🟤 Communicate with stakeholders.

Requirements and Skills:

🟤 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;

🟤 Proven experience (1+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing;

🟤 Proficiency in available digital marketing platforms (Linkedin, Twitter, Meta, Google);

🟤 Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and concepts;

🟤 Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools to improve organic search rankings;

🟤 Experience in managing social media accounts and leveraging platforms for brand growth;

🟤 Ability to create and optimize engaging content for various digital channels;

🟤 Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret campaign performance data;

🟤 Familiarity with email marketing strategies and tools;

🟤 Basic design skills and proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Photoshop,).

🟤 Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

🟤 Good English allowing business communication (other European languages will be a plus);

🟤 Ability to work independently in identifying and resolving issues, concerns, and problems;

🟤 Ability to engage, build and maintain business relationships.

Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager/ Sales Manager to join our team. As a BDM, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals. Additionally, you will work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure seamless collaboration.

Responsibilities:

🟤 Conduct market research to identify customer needs;

🟤 Establish rapport with potential clients through effective communication;

🟤 Pitch company services and its UVP to prospects;

🟤 Maintain an updated CRM system;

🟤 Create quotes and proposals that address client objectives;

🟤 Ensure the achievement of business development goals;

🟤 Cultivate long-term relationships with new clients, including post-sale communication.

Requirements and Skills:

🟤 At least one year of B2B outbound sales experience;

🟤 Experience as a business development manager, sales manager, or similar role in the IT industry;

🟤 Experience developing a new territory including lead generation and cold contacting

🟤 Proficiency in spoken and written English (C1+);

🟤 Excellent pitching, communication, and negotiation skills;

🟤 Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator;

🟤 Proficiency with Zoom and Google Services (Gmail, Google Meet, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Drive);

🟤 Energetic, results oriented, self- motivated individual;

🟤 Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly demeanor.

Will Be a Plus:

🟤 Experience working with the EU, USA, IL, UAE markets; 

🟤 Basic understanding of venture capital financing;

🟤 Genuine interest in business development, sales, marketing, and process improvement.
